Ultimately, the goal is to gain greater self-awareness and I think that is where we find healing. Every now and then we are lucky to meet someone who connects with us as both teacher and guide and I feel I have found this in James.

James has helped me to see some of the beliefs…

James has helped me to see some of the beliefs and assumptions I make about myself, others, and the situations I face, and has gently enabled me to consider other points of view, and choices I could make.

James is an excellent listener

James is an excellent listener and has provided a safe space for me to be free to talk about and explore the things that are important to me, and that trouble me, past, present and future.
